Product Associate and sit within the Product team.

What did you do before you worked at QuantSpark and where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time?

Before QS, I completed my MBA and joined a start-up as a Product Analyst. In five years, I see myself growing in different roles within this organization, contributing my expertise and leadership to drive impactful projects and initiatives. I'm committed to continuous learning and professional growth, so I envision further developing my skills and taking on additional responsibilities. I'm excited to be part of a dynamic team and make a significant, positive impact on the company's growth and success.

What do you love about your job?

I find my experience at QuantSpark incredibly fulfilling due to several reasons. The team's warmth and support create an environment that encourages professional growth and continuous learning. What truly stands out to me is the company's inclusive culture, where mutual respect for each individual's work is deeply valued. As QuantSpark is growing fast, there are always new projects and opportunities to explore, which keeps me motivated and inspired to enhance my skills in various areas. Meeting new people with diverse experiences further enriches my journey here, making every day an exciting and rewarding one.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

My advice to my younger self would be to always stay curious and open to new opportunities. Embrace the journey of growth and learning, just like you did when you were 10 years old and eager to explore the world. Remember to keep that sense of excitement and wonder alive, as it will lead you to discover amazing things and take on fulfilling challenges in your career. And don't forget to have some fun along the way, just like we're doing now! Life's a grand adventure, and you'll be surprised at how far you'll go with that 10-year-old spirit guiding you. What’s your favourite way to spend a day off?

On my day off, I love spending time with friends, indulging in painting, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and of course, binge-watching some captivating movies or series. It's a perfect combination of socializing, creativity, and relaxation that brings joy and fulfilment to my day off.
