A quick Q&A with Senior Developer, Gabor Feher

What’s your role at QuantSpark and where do you sit within the organisation?

I am part of the developer team and responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality applications for our clients. Most of my time I am pondering backend and infrastructure-related questions.

What did you do before you worked at QuantSpark and where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time?

For many years I worked as a full-stack developer. I was responsible for creating fully flagged features for an application.

What do you love about your job?

Every day is different, and every project and feature requires at least a bit of research. With these conditions, I can always broaden my knowledge and never get bored.

Who have you learnt the most from at QuantSpark so far? What have you learnt from them?

It is hard to pinpoint anybody because everybody is friendly and always happy to answer your question or help out to finish your task.

What advice would you give to someone on their first day at QuantSpark?

Just ask whatever you want and whenever you want it because highly likely that it is the best moment.
